Please see the product warranty of each individual product. In the case of product faulty we fully replaced the new item upon investigating the issue. But please rest assure that our products will be fully tested on quality before delivering.

How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made Cash on delivery and by online with Paypal or WavePay. Or in person at your nearest WaveMoney and KBZpay agents location.
How can I track my order?
When ready for delivery, you will be receiving SMS and email notice advising the contact number of the delivery staff member or the express bus service companies contact point number and estimated delivery/collection time.
What are your delivery options?
Within Yangon, our own delivery staff member will be dropping off the item. For other cities, home delivery will be by Royal Express or alternatively next day collection from Highway express bus station is the quickest way of receiving your item.
How do I return an item?
In most cases, the item is to be returned locally or directly to the manufacturer in Australia.
What is your returns policy?
We make sure our products are of great quality standard prior delivery. The return is accepted if any manufacturer faulty exists, the item will be inspected and replaced. Opened and used package with change of mind purchases will not be returnable or exchangable.
Do you provide international delivery?
We provide worldwide shipping with minimum postage cost to the buyers subject to the standard and express delivery options.
